Cos Cob

Just four and a half miles in area, once called “Coscobneck”, Cos Cob was home to the American Impressionist Cos Cob Art Colony that flourished in the late 19th and early 20th centuries. The community is situated on Cos Cob Harbor, a sheltered area on the north side of Long Island Sound. In Cos Cob there several restaurants, coffee shops, and parks.  A walker’s paradise for everyone.
